She was very approachable and always kindly answered any questions that I had. Condolence: My very sincere condolences to the family.
At the time, I was one of the youngest members working at the Etobicoke Parks and Recreation, main office. Joan always found time to answer all of my questions and guide me properly. She was lovely to work with in an office that worked hard but also knew how to have a laugh or two along the way. I will remember her warm smile and gentle manner fondly. Thank you again Joan!
