Obituary for Irma Elizabeth Robb
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving Mother (Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Great-great Grandmother), Irma Elizabeth Robb, at the age of 97 years. On New Year's Day morning, Jan 1, the angels came to escort her on her final journey. Irma was a long time resident of Clarkson (Mississauga).
She was predeceased by her husband Ken Robb, daughters Patricia McNeilly, Gwen Fila and grandson Bruce Fila. She is survived and missed by her son Ron Robb (Norma), her daughters Linda Poole (Jim), Judy Tombu (Jean-Paul) and Barb McLeod (Keith predeceased), as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Our warmest gratitude goes to the nurses and staff at the Roberta Place Long Term Care facility in Barrie, for their loving care over the last year.
The service will be held at the Skinner & Middlebrook Funeral Home, 128 Lakeshore Rd. E. in Port Credit (Mississauga) on Monday, January 9th, 2017 at 1:30. Viewing will be available from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, and following the service, refreshments will be served in the lounge.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
