Condolence: Dear Frank, Liz, Andrea and Lorna,
We would like to send our sincerest condolences to you during this time. Irma was always such a hilarious and friendly face to be with during her countless visits to Avonlea Court. She always knew how to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. We will never forget the time she helped you out with a garage sale the court was having. As the little kids we were at the time we couldn’t help but rummage through the small toys that Lorna and Andrea were selling. It was nearing the end of the sale and Irma insisted on selling the toys for “15 cents! 15 cents!”, which we had politely declined. That then urged her to offer “5 cents!! 5 cents!!” for each one. We got a pretty good laugh out of the moment and the memory has stuck with us for all these years. She will definitely be missed greatly!
