It is with heavy hearts but joy for Douglas’s life, that his family announces his peaceful passing. Loving partner of Jacqueline Bowles. He will forever be lovingly remembered by his children Keith (Janice) McKay, Kirk (Colleen) McKay and Janis Petrini; Jeffrey (Nancy) Bowles and Andrea (Simon) Robarts. Douglas will live on in the lives of his wonderful grandchildren; David (Jessie), Katherine (Chris), Kevin (Stephanie); Cameron (Amanda), Brian; Tyler (Jessie), Joshua (Laura), Audrey (David); Matthew, Tempest, Adam, Kathryn, and Sachel and great grandchildren Julian, Eliana, Douglas, twins Emmett and Hadley and Dawson David Robb.

Please join family and friends for a service of remembrance and celebration of Douglas’s life at Skinner & Middlebrook (128 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga ON L5G1E4) on Saturday, June 17, 2017 starting at 11am with a service following at 12 p.m. Cremation has taken place. For those who wish memorial donations, a charity of your choice in honour of Douglas would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
