Courage, Leslie
After a courageous 3 year battle with cancer, Leslie, youngest daughter of Nema and the late Michael Peters, has passed away at the age of 56. Leslie is survived by her husband Chris and her beloved dog Bailey.
She also leaves behind her sister Janie, brother-in-law Ray, nephews Craig and Kevin Lowe and brother Reg, sister-in-law Sandy, niece Jenny and nephew Josh Peters. Her last name was very befitting as she fought with such "Courage" to the end. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the Emergency Department at Georgetown Hospital for their kindness and treatment of Leslie in her final hours.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home of Skinner & Middlebrook Ltd. on Tuesday February 6, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. Service in the chapel on Wednesday February 7, 2018 at 1 p.m. Interment Springcreek Cemetery. Memorial Donations in memory of Leslie may be made to the Human Society.
