Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, at Sheridan Villa in Mississauga, on Wednesday March 7, 2018 in her 93rd year. She was the loving wife of Seamus O’Callaghan. Loving daughter of Paul and Mary Henry of Sligo, Ireland. Born and raised on the family farm “Ropefield”. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by siblings Francis, May, Beatrice, Paul and Sean. Loving mother of Seamus (James Edward) (Rose), Mary Gallagher (Jim) and David (deceased) (Patricia), Kathleen (Bruce Peasley).
Loving Grandmother to Daniel (Jessie) (Gallagher), Erin (Tim Ion), Melissa (Gallagher), Paul (Gallagher), Michelle, Liam O’Callaghan and Brendan (Peasley). Great Grandmother to Archimedes (ION).
Emigrating from London, England to Canada via the Empress of France in February 1957. Introduced to Canada Dry on the long voyage due to the rough winter seas. Upon arriving into Toronto she was greeted by the Canadian Irish Society of Toronto and welcomed into the home of the late Denis and Jean Carr .
Long standing parishioner of St. Christopher’s. Roman Catholic Church in Clarkson, and active member of the CWL and Legion of Mary.

Friends may call at the Skinner & Middlebrook Funeral home at 128 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga on Thursday March 8, 2018 from 6-8pm. Funeral Mass being held at St. Christopher’s Roman Catholic Church at 1171 Clarkson Road North on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11 am followed by interment at Springcreek Cemetery.
