Condolence: I first met Dickie in the early seventies. He was the cousin of my close buddy Stephen Dey of Mount Lambert. We shared some good times and remained friendly even though we only saw each other infrequently. Like this last T&T carnival 2018 on the track at Panorama Finals night. The last time I saw him alive. I'll aways remember him, his smile and warmth. May his soul rest in peace.
