Condolences

Condolence From: Bill Doherty
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Sharon, the kids and Bruce's biggest pride and Joy the Grandkids. regrettably, i just found out yesterday of his passing. I have had the privilege of knowing Bruce for over 25 years. Working on a golf committee together, I came to appreciate Bruce's zest for having fun and his love of "a beer". Bruce has always been our marketing supplier and always kept me in the loop with the "NEW THING". I would enjoy getting a call or email from Bruce, simply stating "let's get together for lunch", which we did many times. I recently went through cancer treatment and Bruce reached out to me many times with positive encouragement and friendship. We have golfed the last few years in the Alzheimer's Golf fund raising tournament and they expressed to me today, they are so sad and really appreciative of his generosity in the past. I will miss you bud.

Condolence: Sincerest condolences to Bruce's family and friends.
Making actual house calls in the promo industry in Pt. Credit was the norm with Bruce and his colleagues over the years I have known him. He was always very passionate and supportive of our association and regularly attended industry events with PPPC. His infectious smile and amazing sense of humour will be missed.
Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: My sincere and deepest condolences to Bruce's Family. I met Bruce several years ago in the promo industry and soon came to realize he was a true gentleman and would go out of his way to help everyone. His infectious smile, witty humour will be greatly missed. He always went out of his way to say hello and share stories at every industry event. I remember a few years ago doing a small PK at his office ( home ) and after it we proceeded down to his bar as he said it was time to relax and chat - a cold beer before noon was not the norm but Bruce in his own way could make it special by sharing great stories about the industry and the good freinds we make along the way. He had a way of putting people at ease no matter the situation. He will be truly missed. Cheers my friend and Rest in Peace.

Condolence: The best part of Bruce was that impish grin and his incredible sense of humour. No matter the situation he could make you see the bright side.
It has been my privilege to be a friend and industry mate with Bruce for over a quarter century.
His wisdom and get it done attitude certainly have contributed to my business success.
Bruce hooked me up with YSM during his Los Siverado's
days and they today remain my charity of choice,
I have had the pleasure of many rounds of golf and more than a few pints during the years with him.
Bruce the world is a better place for the time you spent in it and I know wherever you go next they will welcome you with open arms and a smile
Be at peace my old friend and hope to one day catch you at the turn.

Condolence: Bruce became a good friend. His humour brightened every day, starting with his am email titled Morning Smile.

His compassion for others set an admirable example to follow. Among other things, Bruce was a director of the Lakeshore Corridor Community Team. One of his accomplishments was to establish the "Jim Tovey Kids to Camp" program. In year 1, LCCT sent 75 local kids to summer camp in collaboration with the Compass.

Bruce's passing is a great loss to the community of people he created.
