Passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville, on Wednesday August 15th, 2018, in her 49th year. Loving wife of Mario for 13 years. Beloved daughter of Réjeanne Chamberland and the late Ghislain Desjardins. Sister of Denise and Carole and sister-in-law to Lisa. Grand-daughter to Jacqueline Chamberland.
