RIP Andy. He succeeded me as President Toronto branch Naval Officers Associaion Canada. I got to know him well and can say that he was one of those few people who put all they have and more into their interests. He was not one to go for the spotlight ; nstead to have success in doing what needed to be done. He had vision It was nice to know he was there. I will miss him.
